Guaranty Policy:
In order to make a reservation, must be made 10 days prior arrival with a 50% down payment, through a bank account.
Check In: 2:00 p.m.
Check Out: 1:00 p.m.
Credit Cards Accepted:
We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards.
Cancelation Policy:
A cancellation is permitted 5 days prior the check in date.
No Show Policy:
No Show will be charged with a one night fee.
Extra person Policy:
5 people can be admitted in a single room as a maximum.
Pets Policy:
No pets are allowed.
Oversold Policy:
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.
